Hereditary ruler of the city of Porter's Bar, and leader of the Porter's bar council. Now in her early thirties,  Alicia is 5'3" tall and is considered attractive, if a little strong willed for many men's tastes. She is intelligent and wise, and has proved an able ruler for Porter's Bar over the 8 years of her reign.
