Remembrance

The dead can be remembered in three ways.

Thoughts

Daily the priests hold a simple service where they remember the names of the recently deceased. Friends and family can have the name of a deceased person added to this list for one-month, if they make a donation of one gold piece.

Service

A priest will hold a short service to specifically pray for the soul of one person who has died. This 15-minute service can be arranged for a donation of 1 Gold piece. Larger donations will mean more priests or longer prayers said on behalf of the dead relative or friend.

Plaque

A small plaque bearing the name of the deceased can be displayed somewhere within the temple, and a donation of 10gp will secure a space that is about 2.5inces wide and 1.5 inches high. Larger spaces are available, but the donations are expected to be larger - significantly larger. Once a plaque is in place, the very fabric of the temple remembers the soul of the deceased.
