The Skiff
| The Skiff is a simple
vessel, flat bottomed with a straight bow and stern. Power comes a pair of
oars that drive the boat forward at a standard speed of about one and a half
miles an hour. It needs one rower with the Boating skills to get the best
from this vessel. In all it is about 11 feet long and 4 feet wide.
