Junior clerics are known as Initiates, but once they reach 3^rd level, they assume the title Canon, and become a recognised Royal Advisor. These are the people who handle the day-to-day running of the palace, and manage the royal interests on behalf of the Princess.

Occasionally Canons will have the ability to cross train into another class, after their religious training. These people are highly regarded, they still retain their title of Canon - but may be selected as the next heir as well.
