Attendees: we forgot to pass an attendance sheet around.

This was a shot meeting to provide a forum for communication. Minutes of previous meetings will be taken at the next full meeting.

After discussion, Sharkey was appointed as regimental 2i/c and Debbie as Regimental Goode Wife.

JohnB was asked to add Chris Brewer to distribution list for Rivers mailings.

At the moment JohnO writes all of the material for the Hibblesvanian Chronicles. He needs help - If you think you could write a regular or even an occasional article talk to John Oakley now. Better still just send him something at Hibble@earlrivers.org.uk.

We have ordered 20 new pikes from Manchesters.

We need to do some. Rob Ghengis is to produce some posters we can use (did anyone tell you that Rob?) Jeff and Sam will see if they can do something with the old posters from years ago, to help him.

JohnB to start getting quotes in for a trolley of some sort for the baggage train.

Lurch floated the idea of companies again. He would like to start a pike company under Pete and a Musket company under Sharkey, to ease communication. There is the issue of those people not in pike or musket. Three possible solutions - (1) they could join the company they fancy. (2) They all join the musket company cos its smaller. (3) We form a headquarters company as well.

Its something to think about for further discussion.
